Le-15: Macaron Box
RE-DESIGNED PACKAGING
OVERVIEWLe-15, a famous patiserrie in the city of Mumbai, gained popularity as it was the first bakery of the country to bring the concept of authentic french macaron’s to india. Along with serving classing delicious macarons, they also introduced certain innovative flavours for the indian palette, such as paan, ras malai toast and chilli and white chocolate macarons. This packaging design rethink’s their classic 6 piece box, with a repurposable twist. Le 15’s brand imagery and products swear by being heavily Paris influenced. The new box with a highly chic and parisian aesthetic, accentuates the tall shape of the Eiffel tower, something which screams Paris. Clad with delicate water colour imagery of their famous flavours, the inside having seperate paper pockets for each macaron, preventing them from breaking easily. The box repurposes to form a flower vase, which can be decorated in one’s room, preventing being turned into disposable waste.
